Yes its obvious that he misbehaved with her earlier but it's better to avoid such whacko's, what if he shot her instead of a slap? Confronting a total stranger is never a good idea, the other person could be a total psycho.....All it takes is a sec for people to snap and all hell can break loose. Such cases are more relevant to road rages, where most wind up getting seriously injured or even dead.
