JUI-F's Mufti Kifayatullah hurt in assassination attempt

ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam’s (JUI-F) senior leader Mufti Kifayatullah was injured in an assassination attempt near Mansehra Interchange in the wee hours of Wednesday.

As per details, Mufti Kifayatullah along with his two sons and a companion were going to Mansehra from Islamabad when another vehicle hit their car from behind and stopped it near Mansehra Interchange.

The miscreants tried to pull out JUI-F leader from his car and attacked him his sons with iron rods, leaving all of them wounded in the attack.

They were later shifted to King Abdullah Teaching Hospital Mansehra for treatment. Police cordoned off the area and launched an investigation.

If ISI and other departments doesn't have an eye on enemy activities in Pakistan, then its ok, as majority of Pakistan is not doing its work, so these guys can also enjoy their time.
But if they are doing their work, and they know who is behind these and other assassinations, and they are still not acting, then Pakistan better surrender to her enemies in advance, will save many lives. I simply don't want a situation like 1971, where some bureaucrats and politicians wanted to make Bangladesh, and other were sacrificing their lives to safe Pakistan.

Why we always blame ISI and Army? Attackers could have some personal reasons too. It might be a quarrel after a minor accident on the road. I don't think it is hard to kill this mufti if somebody wants to.

Most probably it was just a road accident and his sons act like a tyrants but found out that the persons are also some sort of goons who beat the shit of these people with iron rods and sticks.

ISI can't keep an eye on everyone...

And our enemies are not brainless animals.. we are standing against RAW and MOSAD, which are highly capable agencies and have endless money and supplies on their disposal. The attack techniques and communication channels evolve continuously and we always try to keep up.

We have to recognize the fact that terrorism has been effectively controlled now and very few incidents are currently occurring by the grace of Almighty Allah.

Bhai, this is why it is called covert war. Your enemy is hidden because if it will announce its identity, it will have to deal with terrorism charge in international court.
