That's only the Canadian judge changing the parole hearing from year 40 to 25. It doesn't mean he'll get out. With many killed his parole will be denied like Paul Bernardo.

From the title I felt that he his sentence had been reduced to almost nothing. But he still have a life imprisonment to go. The Canadians are very lenient and have always been very lenient.
