Sir can you specify thw difference between General Duty (pilot) and General Duty (Navigator) ?

Pilot: flies the aircraft.
Navigator: Navigates (mission planning, tactics) the aircraft. Not a Pilot. Used mostly in Transport aircraft, AEW, AWACS.

courses are offered in Feb for girls as a pilot and as an aeronautical engineer

General Duties Cresent and star

White Cresent and star less than 1000 total flying hours
Blue less than.2k hours
Red is I think greater than 3k total flying hours
Golden is more than 4/5k total flying hours

I have not seen anyone in paf with golden Cresent and star
