But the Prime Minister was not the only Indian in Lahore on Christmas. The presence of steel baron Sajjan Jindal in Lahore on the exact same day has raised eyebrows. The Indian threat will not evaporate until Kashmir is handed over to Pakistan with a red bow around it. That is never going to happen, so the need for Mini nukes is never going to go away. Not one mini nuke is going to be dismantled on the basis of talks alone and Americans know that.

The nuke manufacture will continue picking up pace until Kashmir is handed over to Pakistan, probably continue even if that did happen, but it is not going to happen, so the nukes will continue to grow whether Modi or his uncle or the pope himself visits Pakistan.
