In JF-17 Block2 version, the Chinese JF-17 installed the new by Pakistan's own production of mechanical scanning radar, also upgraded air refueling socket, making JF-17 have air refueling capability. Pakistan has IL-78 aerial refueling, JF-17 with aerial refueling capability, aerial and remote penetration ability will get greater improvement. In Pakistan is still being negotiated Block3 version in. Pakistan hopes China to Pakistan streamlined AESA phased array radar in a small volume, this technology in Chinese fighter J-31 3102 machine has been installed, Pakistan also have inspected the j-31 fighter, very interested in the performance of this kind of radar.

The picture for the AESA is becoming clear as earlier one member had indicated something similar either last year of earlier this year. It is great news finally project F17 is maturing and now HMD's and HOBS Missile needs to be sorted.

Why does the title say "MAY" in it? Everyone knows that this will happen. I can go as far as saying that by the time the JFT block III's design is frozen, it would include Stealth Optimized air-frame. If not in the JFT block III, the block IV would be a 5th gen stealthy version of the JFT program! All inherited from the J-31!! (stolen JSF tech to remind everyone).

I think isnt good for pakistan to go for some other AESA radar from west or Russia for JF17???

You see when American loses a competition they cried foul and claim Chinese steal theirs. The American can even compete in a fair competition that all they can do is to be a bad loser

Anybody who just blindly listen to American lies of Chinese stealing their JSF data to make their own AESA are just some sourgraped who can't accept the rise of China.
