The fact is, Putin aside, not all world leaders are a fan of Trump. He won't be able to scrap the deal and also make its other allies follow. It will only lead to US isolation.

So far, Trump has not even commented on the recent Boeing Deal that was finalized last week. Scrapping the deal means scrapping the Boeing contract that goes against his biggest promise to US citizens : Creating more jobs:
