Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami today congratulated Narendra Modi, who is all set to be the prime minister of India.

In a written statement, Jamaat acting ameer Makbul Ahamad greeted Modi and BJP for its landslide victory in the Lok Shabha election.

“We congratulate Narendra Modi for his historic victory in the election. We hope that India will uphold its tradition of keeping religious harmony among the people under the leadership of Modi," the statement reads.

In a letter to Bangladesh jamaat e Islamic,the new pm of India Mr modi congratulated its BD counterpart in politics, saying jamaat should go on doing what it does best,because he also intend to do /continue doing his side of the game.spreading terror in the hearts of minority.
