Which state matters have gone against pakistan

If someone thinks issue of kashmir(highlighted the most), economy (reversing the biggest fiscal nightmare), education(nothing done yet but states trying to unify education), health(TRYING to replicate MTI from USA) has gone against pakistan than i can come to only one conclusion ..either that person is ignorant or has malicious intent ...

Some of My friends who are docs are against him now ...purely due to malicious intent ...as MTI seem to hit their nerve...if implemented correctly it might destroy lucrative private practice
