It seems the J-10 is a bit strained doing the vertical takeoff. It seems to lose speed and eventually have to roll over. I think the thrust to weight is close to but did not exceed 1.

Or maybe it's just hard to tell the plane's speed in a zoomed in camera.

Awesome. Otherwise I'm not impressed. Which one forms the head of the robot? He'd clearly be the leader of the group, being a mixture of strength, brains, and endurance. Then there needs to be a big guy to act as the muscle, a brainiac, the loner who also doubles as the team's but best fighter, and a chick to counter the sausage fest....so may be black to show cultural diversity as well.
