You are joking on this one, right? Because no foreign troops will ever be based in India except in case of maintenance support in case of a confrontation with China.
Even in the present stand off, which will de-escalate, the feelers have come in from US and NATO about support in terms of material and resources, for India in case of escalation of issue with China. That does not envisage presence of foreign troops (especially since no country would like to be involved in a conflict with China on Indian side, directly).
