I think that it is bout time that india sends its aircraft carrier and submarine forces to visit the international waters of Italy----.

Yes, this is clearly a declaration of war from Italy. Time to give them give them a taste of the tikka pizza.

Nahh the govt cant do that its the prerogative of the President only and that pardon can be used only in cases the accused is sentenced to death which in this case has been ruled out...

Nope. only President can commute death sentence (no other have this power). But respective state govts can pardon any convict (law-order is state subject) and central govt can do the same in union jurisdiction. Plus, president is rubber stamp anyway. So yeah, govt in fact can pardon ANY convict, anytime it wants. it is govt's prerogative. For example, in purulia arms drop case, all russians were pardoned and released.

It woukd be different when india attacks EU boarder. That woukd be WW III...beside that whats achieved with nonsense like this? People die and sadness is created about something that can be solved friendly.

It was just a friendly jibe, don't get offended. This matter has been dragged for far too long. We all know once the sentencing has been declared those two marines would be heading to Italy under the treaty. here is a link which mentions the prisoner exchange with Indian and Italy.

Those marines were different case don't compare them with these drug smugglers. They just committed a mistake by accident where as these are drug smuggler.

Be logical we can not support such criminals who ruin future of our next gen. India is closer friend to eu than what's joked around here. Those sailors will be sent back and I hope they send those druggies to Arab for execution.

You seem like you have seen most world it's impossible to have such conflict for eu. It's most peaceful region in world.
