West Europe has too, and Police wont launch a deep investigation because a wallet is stolen. So CCTV are useful to be recorded as the thieft steals you .

I bet Chinese common crime rates is a lot lower than West Europe, but that's due to their ration of zero massive immigration.

Anyway as I said, if you are mistaken by Chinese, it's a good thing, because Chinese are the best and most peaceful inmmigrants that everybody could wish here.

Everybody else immigrants are a little or very much problematic, but Chinese people as immigrants are zero problematic, very hardworking people, zero troublemaker people.
