Manned space flight is so easy. India can easily do it. It choose to do more difficult missions.
LOL This is no heavy left vehicle. All the major spacefare nations have this capability for decades. I guess India can now be counted as a major spacefare nation.
But Taiwan does not have this capabality.............oh i forgot its not a country yet.......so you are a stateless... dont forget to open up a thread when taiwan gets country status from China.......it a shame everyone call it " chinese taipei"..LOL
