I am not saying that we have to buy those. I am only giving my opinion that it’s possible to get those via 3rd party. I am sure there are plenty of surplus F-16s available but all of them need USA approval. unofficial requirements is to get 18 to 36 of these.

BRO you bare talking about F16 Sales from Israel to Pakistan (both have no diplomatic relations). Intelligence agencies might have worked on some spectrum once or twice but how do you explain selling Fighters. F16I which are build on Israeli specification do u expect PAF Pilots to go to Israel for training.
As far as spares are concerned they will salvage these planes for their current fleet although F35 is in play and they might be no need for it.
