Israeli Jet Targeted Hezbollah's Terrorists in Syria

Then You are deaf, because both Hezbollah and Syria has fought against Israel.
As pointed out elsewhere, it is stupid to take on all Your enemies at the same time.
Both Assad and Hezbollah have their hands full with Syrian rebels & ISIS,
so they are not going to do a lot about an occasional Israeli strike.
They will both continue fighting Syrian Rebels and it is quite obvious that they are targetting pure
civilians as well, if yåthey happen to be on rebel controlled ground.
To see that as a reaction to the Israeli strikes is a bit strange.
That will happen with or without Israeli strikes.
Lol What do you want Assad to do? You think even without the civil war he will have the balls to retaliate against Israel?lol. Israel has attacked and bombed weapons shipments and nuclear facilities from syria to terror groups Hezbollah even when there was no civil war, Assad did nothing .lol. He knows it's useless fighting a war you can't win. the last time his military attached Israel they were humiliated and defeated in less than a week. Lol and lost a major chunk of their territory to this day in the golans height . You want him to dare Israel again and lose even more territory? Lol
Plus, it's not just Syria that has fought Israel, many other Arab countries did(bar Iran and Turkey) and they all failed miserably. So they have leaned their lessons and are now behaving. Can't blame them. :D

:enjoy:

That is what I said.
They are not going to do a lot as retaliation for the Israeli strikes.
Their war on rebels are not affected significantly by the strikes.

Israel already does take sides. Let's all be adults.
It not,for us as long as they kill each other we're fine
Pakistan-Israel dogfight would be a real sight --- given that we've downed your jet in the past.
Yes it would be interesting but it won't happen.
about the downed jet,the only "reliable" source that it happened is pakistani source, and even if it happened,so??
the arabs downed jets too and???who got more kills?who gained air superiority? the answer is israel.
btw israel will win if this scenario will happen.
The title of this thread should be: Terrorist Regime Targets Resistance Force
lets find out what is terror

Terrorism
is, in its broadest sense, the use of intentionally indiscriminate violence (terror or fear) in order to achieve a political, religious, or ideological aim.

One can clearly see that Israel didn't meet the definition of terrorism.we can also see that Hezbollah does meet the definition of terrorism, the same as assad regime.

So the title is: free democratic regime targets terrorists.

Israel needs to explain why it was treating AQ-linked Takfiri militants. And the spin doctors claim it's some kind of "saving my enemy out for humanitarian reasons" sort of deal.
Let it be clear, injured people start to came to the border of israel, israel treated them and it goes on to this moment,it's obvious to israel that not all of them are "angels" and that some of them are "fsa" or nusra or others, the policy is "don't ask just treat them and send them back to where they came from",the rebels on the israeli border suddenly realize that israel is not the devil they think it is and they start to contact with israel, israel told them that "as long as you don't attack us and you don't touch the syrian druze,we will treat your people and send you food drugs and clothes"
Israel also use them for intelligence on isis which located south of them and iran/hezbollah located north of them,in exchange israel promise not to attack them, and give them safe place(safe from israel)along the border, again as long as they don't aim their weapons toward israel.israel also use their injuries to train her medics.
Now you understand???

I'd love to see Israel show the same kind of humanitarianism for Hezbollah, Quds Force or other (real) enemies. BS.
First israel treat the "palestinian" terrorists, and all the families of hamas leaders get free special treatment in israeli hospitals
Second, unlike fatah,hamas,rebels... hezbollah terrorists don't ask for treatment and they probably won't ask in the future, but if they will, israel will treat them too(unfortunately).

Personally, I think it is the Islamists that insult Islam with their deeds,
or do You support their views that prisoners should be executed,
innocents should be killed and women raped?
I recommend to visit a psychiatrist as soon as possible cause you sick ego can't distinguish between few thousands terrorists [Supported/Made by West and Zionists] and 1.9 billion Muslims. Europeans killed about 100 million of each other in WW1 and WW2. does that mean all of Europeans and Christians are terrorists? or another example, Serbians raped hundreds of Bosnian women in 1990's does that mean all of Christians are hungry sub-humans?

It is enough for You to visit a basic school English Teacher, because You clearly have comprehension problems.

I don't give a fck about English since it is not my mother language.
You look like an idiot when You make claims that other member are saying things which
in reality never was said, so it is for your own reputation.

I'm so glad you replied, because it has made it very easy for me to expose the fallacy of your weak arguments.

1.) I was mature enough not to make any claim on "who would win" this dogfight --- you have no basis to say Israel would win. Israel attempted an aborted attempt to attack our nuclear installations. Without blanket US protection, Israel would have been wiped off the map long ago. Of course now it has made impressive achievements in nuclear weaponry, cyber warfare, intel/spec ops capability, etc. Credit goes where credit is due. I am trying to be unbiased -- please do the same.

2.) A regime can be "free" and "democractic" yet still engage in terrorist tactics. Israel has assassinated people without trial, killed scores of civilians in Gaza, demolished homes via radical settlers, etc. What is that if not terrorism? Israel seems to have a hypocritical definition of this term.

3.) We both know that supporting militant proxies is a game that a lot of nations play --- Pakistan plays it. So it would be better if you would be mature enough to agree that Israel is secretly supporting militant groups in Syria to topple the regime (and not some humanitarian bull sh*t). I believe your military intel chief publicly said that ISIS in Syria is a good thing for Israel (more or less).

Thanks for stopping by :)

They have selectively treated Palestinians, etc. --- but what about an article that goes "Inside the Secret Prisons where Israel Detains Palestinian Children"?

What about those displaced by settlers?

What about those living under occupation and killed in air strikes in Gaza?

Pakistan may have no right to judge others on human rights abuses --- but Israel certainly doesn't either.

Again with the US thing, the special relation with the US start in the 70s,israel's hardest times was from 48-67,israel survive without the US.We had nukes since the 60s without the US,nobody could not wipe us.
About the dogfight i can say israel have better planes and better training, you can say something else and blah blah
Most of the pakistanis loves to be aggressive about "israel-pakistan dogfight" and i see it realy funny to counter them,if you saw it as offensive act,my mistake sorry.

"A regime can be "free" and "democractic" yet still engage in terrorist tactics" - 100% true

"Israel has assassinated people without trial" - yes, terrorists.

"killed scores of civilians in Gaza" - many died but it was not the purpose, israel doesn't attack civilians in purpose to gain political/religion/ideological achievement, hamas shoot, israel shoot back and innocent dies,it's war it's ugly thing, every single person who die is loose for israel and score for hamas.terrorism is what hamas doing by shooting missiles on civilians to make them fear and leave israel "palestine".

"demolished homes via radical settlers" - do you realy think that settlers can do whatever they want?,israel only demolish homes of terrorist and only after the high court give the permission, and sometimes the permission is only to seal the house or the room of the terrorist, why to demoish terrorists homes?because it reduce the number of terror attack, they think twice before they carrying out an attack, they don't want to see their families homeless so they don't attack.

"Israel seems to have a hypocritical definition of this term." - it is you who come with propaganda and with hypocrisy.

"Israel is secretly supporting militant groups in Syria" - not secretly but openly.

"to topple the regime (and not some humanitarian bull sh*t). - nobody in israel care about assad, israel's biggest threat by order are:1)Iran and her proxis. 2)Isis. 3)hamas.Now israel don't want iran and/or isis on her border with syria,so israel help in some ways to the rebels on the border to make iran/isis leave the area.
Maybe it'll smash your bubble, but Israel helps everyone in humanitarian way, even the enemy.

"I believe your military intel chief publicly said that ISIS in Syria is a good thing for Israel (more or less)." - Officials said that Israel prefers Isis in her border than Iran, see the list above ^.

Hamas ; alqauda and hezbollah must be destroyed
Agree about alqaida and hezbollah and we should join isis and a-shabab to the list,
But hamas it's another issue, israel need them at this moment because they are the only ones who can control their people without israeli military presence, the useless fatah can't do it and israel don't want to control the people in gaza.

Thank you for your reply and rebuttals. Will be replying in-depth later as I don't have enough time right now to gather the evidence required to expose some of your claims.

Israel definitely has strong points, but the real way to societal progress is to realize the core issues eating away at a country's moral compass... it is tough looking inward and realizing these things but it's necessary --- both for Pakistan and for Israel.

This has nothing to do with the Israeli strikes vs Hezbollah in Syria, or my comments, so open a new thread,
or better join one of the million threads that already exist on the topic.

I think my post directly referenced the title of the thread --- and naturally implied that this highly selective "journalism" on Israel is a carefully crafted strategy that is run by psy op experts in Israel. My point was that this paints a very rosy and one-sided picture of the reality --- as if

I agree with you that "Islamists" (who I prefer to call terrorists) are an insult to the religion of Islam. That's why Israel supporting them (Israel more or less openly supports/treats Islamists fighting the Assad regime using taxpayer money and one of its intel chiefs has publicly said that ISIS in Syria is good for Israel) is so hypocritical. I can dig up the link if you want. This is why countries like Israel, with abysmal human rights records and open support of barbaric terrorists, have no right to claim any form of moral authority. BTW, Pakistan doesn't either. Nor does the US.

An interesting fact: the great Sultan Saladin, a devout Muslim, who freed Jerusalem from Crusader control, had Maimonides (the great Jewish intellectual) in his court --- and one of the first things he did was invite back the Jews to the city (he was hailed as "the new Cyrus" in the Jewish world). These "un-Islamic terrorists" are so far removed, their twisted understanding of the religion so warped, that they are a grave danger to civil society everywhere.

Besides treating wounded that appear at the border I see no facts showing active support from Israel.
It would be surprising if they did not consider the political consequences of the medical treatment.

As for beeing hypocritical, intel chiefs should evaluate incoming facts and give advise.
If the presence of ISIS in Syria results in Syria and Hezbollah focuses on that instead
of mischief, then it has some advantages for Israel.
From that it does not follow that there is significant active support?

Are there training camps in Israel?
Are weapons shipped across the border?
Israel avoids attacking rebels, and if attacked, from Syria retaliation is vs Assads forces.
Thats about it.

Feel free to show any real proof of support outside what has been mentioned.

Thanks for your level-headed response!

We both know that there is hardly any "proof" of intel services supporting proxies anywhere in the world --- they have become quite good at hiding their hand. The US and Afghanistan have been accusing Pakistani of fueling Taliban insurgency but not much proof has ever been made public. The same applies in the case of Israel. I once spoke to an intel officer in Pak allegedly involved with the alleged support of the resistance in Afghanistan --- and he said, point blank, "where is the proof?" Of course this was with a wry smile. An endless list of articles in NYT and Washington Post, known to be close to the US Establishment, doesn't count as proof. Finger-pointing, sure. Hard evidence? Waiting to see it...

How much "proof" has there been of various Israeli extrajudicial killings / assassinations? Yet we "know" which ones Israel has been behind.

Israeli is a hypocritical state, like most states, because it is willing to tango with brutally violent barbaric "Islamic" terror movements in order to undermine and destabilize a problematic neighbor. Just to contain Iranian influence in Syria, Israel is willing to do whatever it takes. Israel can justify this as protecting national interests at all costs (which I can understand), but it certainly cannot claim that this is a moral position.

Iran, though a threat to Israel, is a much better choice than radical Takfiri militants. Just my 2 cents...
