PLAAF PL-15 is superior then it's export version PL-15E, it's expected range is 200+km.

Kindly google about it, also even US sell downgraded versions of it's weapons to world, even to it's closest allies they don't sell same capabilities weapons which they re using them self, although those weapons are better then the ones to other countries.

No such thing in any article proving that PL-15 and Pl-15E have different ranges. The export version may also have same range but without some advanced features like downgraded seeker or no anti jam mode.
