It was obviously abandoned or taken from the Syrian military. If by some chance it was not then it was likely purchased on the black market or supplied by some gulf state, similarly how during the Afghan war gulf states as well as the US covertly supplied the " mujahideen" with Soviet or Warsaw block weapons.

it was ISIS rescued Assad regime from toppling...if ISIS didnt stabb opposition groups regime would be collapsed till end of 2013....the elements most damaged interests of Turkey is ISIS and most benefited from ISIS is Assad regime...ISIS never allied with FSA that supported by TR....like SAA, Shiite groups, Iran, Russia and PYD, ISIS also fighting FSA as well...They all simustanously attacking Turkey supported FSA groups .... .The war between Assad and ISIS is a collusion nothing else...ISIS benefited Assad more than SAA ....Turkey never supported any groups but FSA in Syria....ISIS didnt use a Turkish made bullet of pistol by now...But they armed to teeth with Russian and Us made heavy weapons registered on inventory of SAA and İraqi armies...
