I’m actually surprise that Iran doesn’t want experimenting to making an Apache clone,it would be a great addition to it’s aviation or possibly make an heavily upgraded Cobra that has same capability as Apche

Until Iran gets their hands on one, they can't make it.

There was an attack helo program that probably dated back to ahmadinejads tenure,but apart from a couple of announcements during rouhanis tenure theres nothing to indicate that its still active,which is a real shame as I think a program like this was well within irans aerospace capabilities.Ultimately the only thing that survives from this is the drone launched sadid glide bomb which was actually a repurposed tube launched atgm intended for the attack helo.

Would that not require assistance from China or Russia? They have more experience producing helicopters.
