Who is fixing and doing maintenance on their equipment? Russia maybe China?

They are doing the maintenance themselves and have fixed even the damaged hardware unrepairable. They have good technicians it appears and besides they also build their own defense industry now from the grass-roots. Building their own weapons such as Drones, anti-craft systems, man-pads, anti-tanks, trucks etc etc.. They are currently at grass-roots but evolving at decent rate.

In my opinion their defense industry will grow exponentially in just 10-15 years..

The local consumption need for weaponry technology is high hence there is pressure on them to constantly mass produce from their local vendors
