Actually Afghan govt is never going to believe in Pakistani efforts. If talks are held in Qatar then its okay but if any peace negotiation takes place in Pakistan then it means Pakistan is secretly helping Taliban.
Kabul government is not learning and they don't have choice to fight Pakistan. These corrupts can stay in power for only some weeks if Pakistan decides to help Taliban.

What have they won ? Last time I checked the ANSF is kicking their butt all over the place. The fact of the matter is the people of Afghanistan are unimouse in their support for the ANSF, and the Taliban will be destroyed on the Afghan soil should they not decide to live peacefully in the country.

And we trust COAS Gen Raheel Sharif when he says the enemy of Afghanistan is the enemy of Pakistan, so we are confident that if the Taliban dont enter into negotiatons with the Afghan government that their command control will be destroyed on your side of the border.

I've been told that Pakistan is not playing a role in discussion points, the process is "Afghan lead & owened". One point Pakistan has put forward to both parties is to work out a mutual cease fire. Pakistan wants both sides to strike a deal so we can together build a front against IS.

If ANSF would have been kicking their you wouldn't have been talking to Taliban. You are talking because you know you can't defeat them.
