Even the Afghan Taliban does not want this for get the present Afghanis who feel the Duran line is fake and want the tribal areas to be merged with Afghanistan.

3. Share transport and other assets forming a Quick reaction force

America is to blame. They created ISIS and should have thought about invading Iraq. Too late to cry over spilt

We know who is staging these attacks against Pakistanis. Indian terror consulates. I have a solution. Disband all Indian terror consulates in Afghanistan.

Good luck with your solution. Pakistan has already refused along with Indonesia and Malaysia. That leaves only the Saudis and a couple of North African nations. You can have your HQ in Saudi Arabia. Pakistanis have no appetite for another war.

RIP to the victims and to the poor guys brainwashed into throwing their lives away. It's sad to see Muslim youth even if in smaller numbers being wreckless like this. Muslim countries need some sort of rehab programs for disaffected youth.

Anyway I do not believe this hints to growing ISIS presence, just they are able to pull off suicide attacks. It's weird that this came after the attack on Indian consulate. I hope nobody is getting some benefits out of insurgency in Afghanistan.
