What's new

is this what US is all about? Disgusting

Granted that the two fingers test has been stopped by SC. Here is a hypothetical situation - There is woman's vagina or rectum which shows that there is something hidden in X-RAY - probable cause. You mean to say no one sticks their fingers into the woman's private parts in India to retrieve the item? Cmon dude. give me a break.

how many more hypothetical situations you would create?

.
we have women in our country to do such things you know!!

Now you are trying to argue as per your definition of a moral code in India. Think about a situation when the woman officer is gay. - Your argument goes no where.

So you mean to say that X-rays does not reveal anything fancy if they hide it in women's parts in India?

sashan leave ifs and buts the woman above is an innocent lady.she was first strip seached, cavity searched and then x-rayed and was proved innocent.imagine godforbid something similar happens to a family member of your's.would you still support this act??

.

and i'm sure you wont be on the same side of the argument once a family member of your's goes through the same ordeal as the woman above.

The cams are there to assess whether the woman's rights are violated or not and allow for legal remediation. And that is the exact video which you guys are seeing here. And do not give me a response that the women officers(or even male officers) do not violate the dignity of a woman in India when in custody.

Let me pose the same question back at you. What is the guarantee that it would not happen to one of your family member in India in a police custody? Or you mean to say such incidents does not happen?

SC allows cavity search when there is a probable cause. So the cops are not going to touch someone without probable cause - in India probable cause is something like say XRAY search or in US it is the drug sniffing dogs.

no i wont.i accept that wrong things do happen here.but atleast thats not legal here.courts and our legislature do not support it and give law enforcement agencies a free hand.any such action causes stringent punishment here.

so show us. Give us some example where this was done in India? did you get this in your dreams or did this happen to you? how do you know it happened?

Secondly go through the detailed procedure mentioned to retrieve the objects from a human if proved by X-Ray (in case of customs in India).

customs act cchapter13

A) Only if the XRAY proves that there is something hidden. Only then the magistrate can give order to remove that hidden object. You cannot start fingering a person in India. Only if proved by X-Ray that the person has something hidden only then the police can ask to remove that hidden object. For that too they have to take permission from magistrate and cannot start doing it on their own.

obviously once it is PROVED PROVED PROVED PROVED that someone has hidden something in his body then isn't it only fair for police to ask for permission from judge to retrieve it? How is it wrong when its proved there is something hidden in body?

B) Its not like USA, where they start fingering you on roadsides for overspeeding.

its also not like USA, where they start fingering you all over and then take you to X-Ray and then find nothing and then say oops sorry. I didnt mean to finger you.

So do you find situation A) and situation B) as same?

and those police gets punished here.our courts donot encourage such cave man shit unlike yours.you were supporting their acts and when i mentioned your family all of a sudden you got angry right!!which means you dont want such a treatment to your family right??and still you are supporting it for others!!!! further being in police custody is not the same as a passenger in an airport.

The argument is simple - whether body search is there or not in India. You give all sorts of excuse - that the magistrate should allow etc etc. At the end of the day the supposed barbaric act exists in India as well right? Leave out the ifs and buts here. There is nothing more to argue.

did you stop thinking.

A)In India only once it is proved there is some object inside a person. Should the customs let him go? Its only fair to ask to remove it.

B) In USA you can just finger the women fully and they do Xray and then find there is nothing inside her. Then you let her go. Also in USA they do cavity search for acts like over speeding.

how is this remotely same? where are your brain cells?

and for all your support to USA, I am now amused that you are still ignoring the three questions I posed to you in #55. Do you think you can answer them?

we hang people in india too.that doesnt mean that we do it randomly to everybody.everything has a procedure and a priority.eating everywhere is same so you wont eat sitting on the toilet seat right!!our police do not randomly insert fingers everywhere on the roads to the public.

see post #28 everytime you repeat "Sue them". Now keep repeating. :)

Your arguments will be futile here. I also did the same thing. These fellows will never admit that it is disgusting. They are afraid that some body is monitoring them (USA NSA) will be in trouble if they say the truth. All they think is that everything can be purchased through money(sue thing).
