Is there any plan of Pakistan launching biometric ID

Sorry if I'm wrong as I'm not from Pakistan. I keep tab on subcontinental politics and seeing India past record, maniacal mentality of its intelligence front (compared to Pakistan) and it's animosity towards Pakistan- it seems there's a high possibility that there is a significant/large number of Indian agent on many level in Pakistan. Though it'll take many other steps but collecting biometric data of every person living inside it's boundary (while also identifying it's citizen) seems a step in right direction as within 2 generations Pakistan can surely identify every person living inside it's border. Also India is planning to do it nationwide as they always take the first preventive step. Is there any plan in Pakistan to make a biometric database of it's citizen?

They have something called NADRA which is extremely corrupt and all RAW, CIA, MOSSAD etc agents already have NADRA cards.

That said NADRA helped Sri Lankas & Nigeria too. Fake IDs can be traced thats how the famous Afghan girl, Sharbat gul and her family was discovered as having fake Pakistani ID.

Exactly, every time he entered into Pakistan as Mubarak Patel there were biometric record saved in electronic form. Every time he entered Pakistan illegally, electronic record and evidence is available even on the day once monkey was caught in Pakistan, trail of move and stay is available. Yes we may not have evidence against Commander Kalbhusan Yadev but everything is available / proved against Mubarak Patel. Finally Patel was proved and accepted as Yadev by ICJ.

Sir can you provide information about Chip ??? Significance of it ??? why old CNIC ( Not smart one ) is still allowed to use and not switched completely to Smart card ??? i mean you can apply for Smart one or Old One . Old one should be stopped .
