Is Pakistan the only odd one remaining in the region when it comes to system of governance?

Ran out of intelligent answers eh? 😂Name calling cannot shield your lack of knowledge on the subject but nice try. Smuggling is illegal regardless of the material. You can smuggling Titanium and still be arrested. Thats why law enforcement arrested them lol... Is it that hard to understand?

Anyone with peabrain can look it up on the internet and see if Natural Uranium is legal to own in several countries. But hey who am I talking to. 😂

No, its you running out of intelligence, not blaming you though, you are Indian after all! LOL

Ever heard of Dirty bomb? :D

Stop clutching at straws man.

Do you even know Natural Uranium is? This is hilarious, you think you can make a dirty bomb with Natural Uranium🤣. The only way you can kill someone with Natural Uranium is if you choke on it or ingest it. If I had a license I could buy Natural Ur in India.

Dirty bomb need radioactive material like Caesium or Cobalt. Now :D

Come back? Seriously, you have some sort of comprehension issue that I said countless times Natural Uranium is not a fissile material. Natural Uranium is used in a lot of industries even in machines as counterweights.

Coming to Pakistan FO, well it's not my fault your ilk don't know what it is. Such goof up is not the first time, especially among Pakistani FO, science is not a strong suit it seems. It's hilarious you brought up some clueless Pakistani source, what's next, Dunya news editorial?

Here waiting for your come back on this.:pop:

"40.22 Small quantities of source material.
(a) A general license is hereby issued authorizing commercial and industrial firms; research, educational, and medical institutions; and Federal, State, and local government agencies to receive, possess, use, and transfer uranium and thorium, in their natural isotopic concentrations and in the form of depleted uranium, for research, development, educational, commercial, or operational purposes in the following forms and quantities:

2. No more than a total of 7 kg (15.4 lb) of uranium and thorium at any one time. A person authorized to possess, use, and transfer source material under this paragraph may not receive more than a total of 70 kg (154 lb) of uranium and thorium in any one calendar year. A person may not alter the chemical or physical form of the source material possessed under this paragraph unless it is accounted for under the limits of paragraph (a)(1) of this section;
"

Did You Know You Can Just … Buy Uranium?
We found this out when a former meth user in Pennsylvania recently ordered two grams of powdered uranium to his halfway house, prompting a friendly visit from the local hazmat team to, you know, see what his whole deal was. Turns out the guy bought the uranium—which came sealed inside a glass vial in a cardboard box for $12, care of a Michigan company—because he thought it would be “cool to pose with it on Facebook,”
But the salient part of this story is authorities didn’t charge the man for any wrongdoing; after all, the shipment was completely legal and safe.

HAHAHAHA

Put your reading glasses on you Indian moron.

In order for a terrorist organization to construct and detonate a dirty bomb, it must acquire radioactive material. Possible radiological dispersal device material could come from the millions of radioactive sources used worldwide in the industry, for medical purposes and in academic applications mainly for research.[21] Of these sources, only nine reactor produced isotopes stand out as being suitable for radiological terror: americium-241, californium-252, caesium-137, cobalt-60, iridium-192, plutonium-238, polonium-210, radium-226 and strontium-90

These are all from your own media. :omghaha:

So you got a hindu terrorist nation which is involved in state sponsored terrorism, with its nuke already in the hands of hindu terrorists, a state known for all sort of staged false flags, and now indulging nuclear material black market. Can it get any better? LOL 😄

These are not "state to state" dealings rather any Tom dick and harry for any purpose including terror
Tell me how Suddenly the Uranium turned into Californium . Share the technology TK. Once the rocks were tested and found they weren't now you really believe it's Californium and classic Pakistani believing in conspiracy crap.
Meanwhile Dumb FO of Pakistan crying.
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Saturday expressed serious concern over illegal possession of a large quantity of uranium by two unauthorised persons in India and pointed to gaps in state control mechanisms there.

The stones that looked like Californium were then immediately sent to the Bhabha Institute where it was found that they were just ordinary stones. The CID claimed that Asit Ghosh and Shailen Karmakar had tried to sell the metal to fool them with ordinary stones.

A bunch of scammers getting caught and Pakistanis Foreign Office thought they had the breakthrough, maybe next time losers. :D

😂Why would India announce the seizure of something in the first place then? They tried to scam, police conducted an operation posing as buyers and arrested them then they announced it to the media, which you takes up and later it was found the recovered items were just rocks and not Californium.

Why the fuk would we send something as trivial as Caesium "internationally" when we have a nuclear research centre? And for what? No point in embarrassing ourselves sending few rocks.

Keep grasping at straws😁. You maybe queen or queer of England but that aint californium. Better luck next time... :D Apart from Pak FO, nobody gave a flying F.

We are not talking about how a country acquired nukes

India have never been accused of proliferating nukes like Pakistan has been

at the end of the day one country has a NSG waiver. another country does not
