Death sentence is a bit too easy an escape for all the misery they(and many others like them) have caused...
...IMO they should be slowly tortured to give all the accounts info for every penny they have stored anywhere in the world...
...in order to stop the torture and earn freedom they must get all their money back into the country and hand it over...
...then kill them all the same and make sure to reveal it and advertise it after...once this is done to a few thousands(of the upper tier) it will straighten out all the corrupt looters like that for a few generations.
