Above news break as latest news in "Daily Jang" of Oct 5 2010, showing justification of 'Load-Shading', regardless the matter of load sheding, it was surprising to me as I really don't know about any change /amendment in the chapter 'Equality of Citizens' in Costitution of Pakistan that allow now certain type of "discrimination" i.e., important, less important, and un-important, as what I knew before that, The constitution of Pakistan emphysis on equality of citizen and clearly void any sort of discrmination for services and facilitation.

My point is if the clause still unchaged, then should it not be treated it the act of contravention against constitution of Pakistan?

Addtitionally, its surprising to me that, non of any participants of the workshop(which is held at Planning commission-Islamabaddid) correct the presenter 'MEDIA' it-self didn't noticed that.

I appreciate if some of members friends. may plz guide me on the issue stated above.
