Is it time for Pakistan to re evaluate its friendship with China?

There shall be questions till China give press access to Xinjiang.
Other side of the issue, extremist elements from Uighur movement were involved in terrorist activities against civilians and school children.
Muslims don't always have to take up arms when they are a minority and seek independence if they are treated fairly.
It is important they evaluate their position objectively and work with the government to get more rights.

The press does get access, but don't expect the West to do honest reporting with their security agencies pressuring them to do information warfare.

An example of a previous time BBC was being dishonest with viewers:

Pakistani, BD, Turkish media and news agencies, and qatari Aljazeera can be given access. No need to give access to cnn, NBC, ABC, BBC, PBS, DW.

Thread 'Xinjiang Police Files'
https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/xinjiang-police-files.743124/

Chinese regime is brutally oppressing and genociding Uyghur’s in East Turkistan.
East Turkistan is no different than Kashmir and in fact is facing worse oppression.
While all this goes on is it appropriate for Pakistan to continue having such warm relations with China and continue to remain silent on Uyghur issue?

Mods don’t delete my thread I made it based on facts and asked a valid question. Share your opinions if you want but don’t censor posts raising awareness about oppression against your very own Muslim brothers. Fear Allah
If you demand honesty in approach the you should first come out honestly and show your real flags and colours

Unpopular opinion, but it is true: Chinese communists are atheists and trying very hard to eradicate Islam from their country. I have personally met Muslims who have fled China. There is satellite imagery showing China has destroyed mosques[1]. Satellites don't lie, right?

At the same time, it must be remembered that Pakistan is a country of 200 million Muslims and few countries wants to help Pakistan except China. So China's relationship with Muslims is complicated.

They don't tell you they rebuilt buildings elsewhere, or they misidentify the satellite imagery as something its not.

You are incorrect that the CPC wants to get rid of Islam, they've built thousands of mosques throughout the country and help fund trips for pilgrims to make the Hajj. They even arrange for mass prayers in the streets:

All China asks is that you register your religion with the state and don't use it against the government (so, no terrorism or separatism).

.
Xinjiang issue has nothing to do with any religions, it's about countering separatism and terrorism, the west knowingly and delibrate misleads people into believing its a religious issue, China never had any religious wars throughout her whole 5,000 years history and religions were never ever part of China's social or political life, average Chinese neither love nor hate any religions cause religions are like non existent in our minds, most people never give it a thought during our whole life thought.

China's biggest Muslim group do not live in Xinjiang, they are Hui Muslims living in everywhere in China, in my middle class in Beijing, 10 out of 40 classmates are Huis,we grew up together and never see any difference among us. religious hatred needs centuries of history of clashes and conflicts and wars to build up, China just doesn't have that part of the history and soil and environment to allow that hate to grow.

The fact that one of your original threads was spammed till it was full of garbage and eventually deleted is very telling. There's every attempt being made to simply stifle accusation the ch*nks don't like.
How about Iran? Iran always stays firmly with China.

Iran condemns US’ meddling in China’s affairs

TEHRAN, Dec. 06 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi slammed a recent bill adopted in the US House of Representatives against China.

“With a disgraceful record in genocide of indigenous people, black slavery and massacres of civilians, as well as the killing of Muslims in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Palestine and Yemen, and the pardoning of war criminals, America is the least qualified to comment on ethnicity, races and Muslims,” Mousavi said on Friday.

The remark came as the US House of Representatives approved a bill that requires President Trump to toughen response to Xinjiang, where Washington claims China is holding re-education camps for Muslims.

“Repeating such blatant violations against the principles of the international law is just stressing the fact that interfering in internal affairs of other countries has become a tenet of America’s anti-normative foreign policy,” added Mousavi.

Condemning the recent measure taken by the US Congress against China, Mousavi warned the international community against threats of such behaviors that endanger global peace and stability.

The spokesman also called on independent countries to react to uncontrolled US behavior and unilateralism.

Iran has no choice but to keep quiet in this matter given that it's internationally sanctioned and you know it. "Ma glawolious zhongguo" is it's largest trading partner and it can't take an official stance. Doesn't mean I am under any restrictions to call a spade a spade.

Besides, I wasn't talking to you, shinajin. Stop butting into conversations that have nothing to do with you. Got it, "ma pengyou"? Now **** off.

I don't know what gibberish you are talking about, but Iran is not keeping quiet, it's vociferously supporting China.

That guy is almost certainly not Iranian but an Indian Parsi. The parsi are people of zoroastrian religion who migrated from Iran so many centuries ago that they are now essentially Indian/Pakistani ethnicity. Most parsis are decent people but this one is clearly a racist.

Wrong! You missed by a light year, zhang, "ma pengyou". Come on, use your "ma seex hundled Ai Kyoo" you shinajin claim to have - you'll eventually get the right answer.

Video is from 5 years ago. No one accused China of genocide back then, so there are reasons for accusation. Since then China has violated articles in the UN genocide convention.

Some uyghers wanna get Xingjiang separated from China, we won’t tolerate it no matter they are Muslim or Christian.

China government has every right to punish those separatists with iron fist.

Will USA government absolve a separatist because he or she is a Christian ? Will Pakistan government absolve a separatist because he or she is a Muslim ?

Nothing is above national security and sovereign integrity.

As Putin said: our responsibility is to bring those separatists to justice, it’s God right to forgive them or not.

For say, if people from Balochistan say they will feel more than happy to get independent than staying with Pakistan, will Pakistani government allow it?
Of course they will be put down even they are Muslim.

The land of Xingjiang belongs to PRC and its people, no one can take it away from us.
