The truth is India is extremely careful with Iran. Apart from pulling out of contracts and not buying oil from Iran they have not engaged in political or military hostilities against us. So there is no real motivation to treat India the same way we treat for example Jordan or any other US puppet.

It's really confusing. Russia kept India out if troika meeting about Afghanistan situation. On other hand, Iran president is saying that Iran and India will work closely for Afghanistan.
