Iranian FM Zarif in Islamabad for talks with top officials amid rising tension with US

.
Iran has always backstabbed Pakistan and sided with India. Iranian nation is a known verified terror nation and exports it's terror to Pakistan via Balochistan and Afghanistan.

They are running to us in their time of desperation. I say we send the Iranian foreign minister back to Iran with a black eye!

Good thing Pakistan is not run by 4-year-olds, or else, your countrymen would act as you wished.

Iran’s Turning into India’s Proxy by Taunting and Threatening Pakistan?

Major General Qassem Soleimani, the famed commander of Iran’s elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IGRC), proved that his country is increasingly turning into India’s proxy after he taunted and threatened Pakistan, resulting in the Islamic Republic incredibly taking some of the same positions as its American and “Israeli” enemies (both of whom are its new Indian patron’s allies) in spite of its official “principled” opposition to every manifestation of their policies.

Digging A Deeper Hole

Iran recently celebrated the 40thanniversary of the Islamic Revolution, but instead of marking this momentous occasion by showcasing its sovereign gains over the past four decades, it ended up being manipulated into becoming India’ s proxy and paradoxically undermining the very independence that it’s so proud to have supposedly achieved. The author wrote about this at length in his piece earlier this week about how “Iran’s Being Tricked Into Making Balochistan The New Kurdistan”, explaining that the Islamic Republic’s “deep state” divisions are being masterfully exploited by India in order to turn Iran against Pakistan in the aftermath of a recent terrorist attack along the two Muslim countries’ shared border in the transnational region of Balochistan.
Instead of de-escalating the situation behind the scenes by walking back some of its officials’ anti-Pakistani rhetoric and actively commencing joint anti-terrorist operations like the author suggested that it do in order to make the best out of a bad situation, Major General Qassem Soleimani – the famed commander of Iran’s elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) – upped the ante by taunting and threatening Pakistan, proving that Iran is indeed on the path of becoming India’s proxy and apparently has no problem with this. His words dealt enormous damage to Pakistani-Iranian relations after he called into question the professionalism of his neighbor’s armed forces and portrayed the country as being on the brink of dissolution.

Soleimani’s Statement

Here are his abridged comments as reported by the Fars News Agency:

“We have always offered Pakistan help in the region, but I have this question from the Pakistani government: where are you heading to? You have caused unrest along borders with all your neighbors and do you have any other neighbor left that you want to stir insecurity for?

Are you, who have atomic bombs, unable to destroy a terrorist group with several hundred members in the region? How many of your own people have been killed in different terrorist operations? We do not want your condolences, how could your condolence help the people of Iran?

I tell the Pakistani people that the Saudi cash has influenced Pakistan and they want to destroy Pakistan with such measures.

I warn you not to test Iran and anyone who has tested Iran has received firm response. We are speaking to Pakistan with a friendly tone and we are telling that country not to allow their borders to become a source of insecurity for the neighboring countries; anyone who has made this plot for Pakistan is seeking to disintegrate that country, the Islamic Republic of Iran will take revenge of its martyrs from those mercenaries who have committed this crime no matter where they are in the world.”

Soleimani’s statement revealed a lot about Iran’s current outlook and deserves to be analyzed in depth.

Good thing Pakistan is not run by 4-year-olds, or else, your countrymen would act as you wished.

Your country is responsible for all the terrorist activities in balochistan and shia KpK. You can't deny the proof nor the facts. So I would get off the high horse.
And who is responsible for tens of cross border attacks inside Iran, with terrorists attacking from "Pakistani side"? Well I guess it must be India, or Mongolia, or Bolivia.

Maybe if you weren't blinded by nationalism or sectarianism, you would see the real picture in case of unrest in Baluchestan.

.
Wake up... Both countries are responsible for Terrorist attacks in Pakistan.

We shall not let our past mistakes define us.
We should stand together against the Taghut

And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not be divided. And remember the Favor of Allah on you when you were enemies then He made friendship between your hearts then you became by His Favor brothers. And you were on (the) brink (of) pit of the Fire then He saved you from it. Thus Allah makes clear for you His Verses so that you may (be) guided. (3:103)

Terrorists are like snakes they bit the hand that feeds them and Iran is the hand that feed them.

It was Iran in 2003, which started the western propaganda against Pakistan and its scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan, when US occupied Iraq, Iran freaked out and in order to protect their nuclear program they gave access to IAEA and disclosed Pakistan's support in establishing uranium enrichment facility, the rest is history a pakistani hero was made a villain, Pakistan's image was damaged just because some shia-sympathizer Pak general wanted Pak scientists to help Iran develop nuclear weapons and in return Iran showed its true colors. Iran has never been an ally to Pakistan especially since shia mullahs established theocracy in Iran in 1979. They made Iran an official shia state and to this day discriminate Kurds and Balochis for being sunnis, Iran like shiism is a bastion for hypocrisy they study sunni scholars and use their analogy to prove their own point[for e.g. if sunni scholar praises Hazrat Ali[R.A] they use it as point scoring against sunnis] whereas ignore the rest of their literature regarding the rest of Khulfa-i- Rashideen[R.A] the same is Iranian people they attack Pak embassy if their is a shia-related incident but don't even allow a building of a sunni mosque in their cities, is shiism so weak that it cannot withstand a sunni mosque. The establishment of an official shia state in 1979 started a spillover effect all over the region, cultural changes in the form of headscarves all around the muslim world, like jews[rooting for israel] shiites in different countries give more importance to Iran than to their own. Pakistan needs to stay away from the snake called Iran and if need be try to voice concern about treatment of Balochi sunnis by the shia establishment when they try to cast blame on Pakistan for the problems they themselves have reaped through their 'turn all into shia' campiagn in Sistan, if sunni tries the same in Pakistan these hypocrites would cry foul.

Maybe if you stop seeing yourself as the center of the universe and understand that Iran can have relations with any country it wants, you wouldn't think we are 'puppets' of India.

If Iran is a puppet of India, then with the same stupid analogy, what can we say about Pakistan and China? or worse, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia? An even bigger puppet-master relationship.

Agree with the bold 100% but I do want to know how does Iran feel about Indian closeness to Israel? Iranians must know that India would without a doubt chose Israel over Iran without a second thought. So other than the necessity for the economic relationship between the two it makes far more sense for Iran to improve relations with Pakistan and less with India which is what I think they are going for now. There's news about connecting Chabahar port with Gwadar and Saudi announcement of oil deferment is trying to pull Pakistan into their camp so Iran is trying this maneuver.

Iran's terror in Pakistan:

Iran, in shadow proxy war with Saudis, expands its Pakistan influence

Iran is stepping up its involvement with political and militant Shiite groups in Pakistan, in what foreign affairs experts see as an escalating shadow proxy war with Saudi Arabia in a country with the world's second-largest Muslim population.

“Iran is continuing to work to help rebel groups to form in the minority tribal region. There are Sindhi and Baluch separatist groups that Iran will help fund and support,” said retired Lt. Col Anthony Shaffer, a former intelligence specialist.

Shaffer and others believe Iranians have long funded an array of insurgent outfits in Pakistan, in part as a means to destabilize U.S. efforts in the region.

One of those groups, the Tahrik-e-Jafaria Pakistan (TJP), freely acknowledges its ties to Iran, but denies accusations it engages in violence.

The presence of RAW in Pakistan through Iran

Nabbing an officer of Indian premier agency ‘RAW”, involved in terrorist activities in Karachi and Balochistan, is surely of great significance to Pakistan. Part of his confessional statement that has been made public by ISPR is full of explosives as his activities were but this time for India, unmasking the real face of RAW and Indian plan to destabilize Pakistan. Pakistani authorities must have conducted several raids to unearth his network before making it public.

RAW’s relations with Balochistan liberation movement leaders is nothing new to be disclosed but coming out from the RAW officer himself further confirms our stance. He clearly stated that Indian premier intelligence agency (RAW) is behind the terrorist activities in Balochistan and in the port city of Karachi. Most importantly he reveals the Indian plan to sabotage the CPEC project and Gawadar port by attacking the armed forces and government installations along the coast. This is also nothing new to be known to us either but coming from the RAW officer further strengthens and confirms our stance of Indian involvement in Balochistan.

The most disturbing revelation was the association of RAW with the Baloch student federations, the youth on which our future depends. Rest can be sought out by army operations by killing the terrorists and destroying their training camps, capturing arms and ammunition but if we do not pay heed to the mislead youth, this situation will continue to explode in future and keep it uncertain and unstable.

Feeding Anti Pakistan sentiments to them, make them believe that their land have been occupied, they are being deprived of their rights. Providing them training to fight for the cause of liberation, supplying arms and ammunition to attack armed forces, govt. installations, kill people of other provinces working on their land, etc. This is how the enemy uses local people to work for them indirectly. To safeguard our future from such terror activities and bring Baloch youth back to the national circuit, civil government’s role is quite crucial here. We must work to address this issue immediately otherwise our future would be dark and deadly. Young ones fed up of hatred and anti-Pakistan sentiment will become terrorists in the future and the situation will continue to prevail for a long time. Addressing this cause may take time but a step taken in the right direction now is better than a step taken tomorrow. Certainly their are gaps and problems that we have been created which our enemy is capitalizing on. We should address those problems, give them their rights, start connecting to the people on-ground only then we will be able to keep things in control and make the enemy’s job difficult.

Arrest of RAW officer crossing border from Iran give rise to new questions and concerns for Pakistani people. Use of Iranian soil to carry out terror activities in Pakistan is very much disturbing. As of now, Iran denies its involvement with RAW in such acts and further re-affirms that its soil should not be used against Pakistan. Pakistan has asked Iranian authorities to help unearth the network of RAW and provide details and activities of Yadav in Iran and handover his partner Rizwan (cover name) to Pakistan. It’s surely a defining moment for Pak-Iran relations if Iran truly digs deep to help Pakistan unearth the RAW network or they will show reluctance and delay in responding.

Why do you single out India in case of relations with Israel? with that analogy, we also shouldn't have relations with Japan, Germany, France, South Korea, and many other countries because they have relations with Israel as well. Iran-India relations is as normal as any other two countries. Pakistanis should be able to see beyond the conspiracies and understand that Iran has had relations with India for thousands of years and relations now are nothing out of ordinary, mostly pure business ties. Not even a military or strategic alliance.

If Iran is a puppet of India, then with the same stupid analogy, what can we say about Pakistan and China? or worse, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia? An even bigger puppet-master relationship.

When Pakistan caught Chinese individuals in marriage scams or running brothels, it launched an investigation and Chinese authorities cooperated and arrested many involved. China and Pakistan are strong allies and China have vetoed many resolution in favor of Pakistan. On the other hand, India has ditched you once again and stop oil imports. They have strong relations with Israel, KSA and UAE. So where do you got that thought that Pakistan is puppet?

KSA have supported Pakistan in very hard times, such as 90's sanctions when US imposed massive sanctions on Pakistan, KSA still provided Pakistan oil on lower or deferred payments. Pakistan has refused KSA of getting involved in Yemen war too. And Pakistan has made it clear to KSA and others that it will not allow it's soil to be used against Iran. Pakistan actually helped Iran on jundulla head who was flying from Afghanistan to Gulf. Where is the puppet thing here?

On the other hand, Pakistan got all the proofs about indian terrorist kulbhushan who entered Pakistan via Iran, but Iran never made any statement and instead rejected Pakistan's claims.

It's not about a conspiracy theory and it's not about severing relations with any country that has relations with Israel. In the region there is one major (open) supporter of Israel and that's India. Should the day arrive for war between the two India will be first to support Israel. But I get your point it's rather insignificant to think of the relationship in this way.

Yes, after 2 world wars one massive 7 year war and many, many other conflicts. These events destroyed people and droped their population like a rock. So if this is what you are leaning towards then, the poster above has more of a grasp on reality then you. They are snakes like the farsiwan government in Afghanistan, and they always will be, until they are crushed.

Bhai me apny neighbourhood ki in particular or musalmaan qoam ki in general bat kr raha hun. I dont know how good muslims they are, i am forced to go easy on them as they are neighbour. You can’t change neighbour can you ? We have a hostile Afghanistan and India on our borders, thats like 5000 km’s of hostile border . And we want to say “go F yourself to 910 km more ?” Is that sanity ?
