Iran started its Wankel engine production line about 10 years ago. In recent years IRGC had published the specs of two of its engines to show the progress made:

Shahed 783: is a 12.8 kg engine with 208 cc capacity and 38 horse power.
Shahed 788: weighs 15.5 kg with a capacity of 294 cc and 50 HP.

In recent Kish air exhibition two new engines were revealed:

Serat 1: is a 208 cc Wankel engine, weighs 11.3 kg and has a 35 HP output.

Serat 2: This engine has a capacity of 416 cc and output of 60 hp. It weighs 21 Kg:

It is worthwhile to note that Hermes 450 engine output is 53 hp (294 cc, weighs 19.5 kg) and RQ-7 engine output is a 208 cc engine that weighs 10.7 kg and produces 38 hp.

Isn't better to make engine blades with fiber carbon instead of wood? why they don't do that?

Rotax engines have to be imported or are they already reverse engineered?

There is no indication of them being reverse engineered yet.

The wooden propellers are generally used in smaller UAVs.
