Irani Cafes and Parsi Food | LEGENDARY Mumbai Restaurants

.
Looks great. But i assume this has been fused over time into Bombay's blend?

My one and only time while in transit in Bombay and layover of 2 days; great city, whilst lot of poverty. Food was superb amazing is the least i can say....

Keep posting more please.... it is great to see more of food coming from regional areas vs the stereotypical.

yes, but a friend is of that community, i dont see anything close to iranian cuisine but rather more a quasi indian/gurajat cooking.

Parsis are Indians. Our language, clothing, and food over 1300 years in India will naturally be Indian, no?

Cheers, Doc

And "Indian" food is still as varied as it was then.

Every state has its own unique cuisine. Taste. Style of cooking. Spices. And many multiple variations within the state from town to town, specific to some village or city, etc.

Cheers, Doc

yes. absolutely. hopefully we can get a thread of your country's not regional but every aspect of cooking. i know it is very very varied and diverse.

we here in SA are blessed with a huge fusion of cultural food which we have adopted as ours :)

I thinking it's more of Indianised Parsi things than Irani. Even tea isn't Irani
