What a big surprise here if seeing Delhi& Tehran with its fake mullahs causing trouble for its neighbour Muslim Kabul rulers. Pakistan has not recognized the Taliban but are treating them like they already recognized by giving them control of embassies and consulates. You might as well let the cat out of the bag.

in short the countries that don’t matter save the Russians who did not invite india to regional talks in Afghanistan are meeting in india to waste time and money.

Pakistan - the only country with a workable land border with Afghanistan and the only relevant Country when it comes to Afghanistan.
China the second super power of the world and sharing a border with Afghanistan
