It's an oil tanker (commercial).

The same company has built 3 other ocean going container ships (Iran-Shahre Kord, Iran-Arak and Iran-Kashan).

They're all over 110,000 tons. Forgot the specs.

The company is making 4 monster ships a year and it's also making a lot of landing crafts etc...
