don't you think deserts of Jordan ,Syria and Iraq can do that a lot better.
by the way I taught majority of Iran clouds come from north north west side and after that some come from west. and in summer the clouds come from Indian Ocean

It’s laughable that a military official is suggesting that Iran’s enemies are responsible for an aspect of climate change which by the way is happening all across the world! Even the Sahara once had plenty of water!

You thought wrong, majority of clouds which rain in central Iran are from west (and south west), and that's why Ahmadinejad accused Europeans in the past.
