Iran Fair 2012 In Lahore
Pakistan and Iran enjoy deep-rooted time tested fraternal relations. People from both the countries have strong political, cultural and social bonds from time immemorial. However, the potential of economic cooperation between the two countries has remained untapped mainly because of the lack of awareness about the opportunities. This potential needs to be fully harnessed in the best interest of people from both sides.
During the last visit of Governor General, Khorasan-e-Razavi to Lahore in May 2011, both sides agreed to reinforce the efforts to promote bilateral economic ties by taking concrete measures. To give effect to these measures “Lahore Declaration” was signed. During the visit, it was also decided to hold Single Country Exhibitions alternatively in Lahore and Mashad.
In pursuance, the first “IRAN FAIR” is being organized at the International Expo Centre, Lahore from 31st May-02nd June, 2012. More than 100 Iranian Companies are participating in the expo.
Additionally 55 stalls have been allocated for the Pakistani Companies. During the exhibition, the exhibitors will have permission to sell their products. The Iran Fair will cater to both the B2B and B2C audience. The Iran Fair 2012 will be given wide publicity both in print and electronic media in Iran and Pakistan.
Businesses are welcome to make use of this unique event, where in cost of one stall you get one free stall for exhibition in Iran.
