So what do you propose muslims majority countries do about this?

First they have to ensure that they have a say in how the state is going to be run instead of foreign stooges running the show. Secondly they have to put aside their ego and end the never ending fitna over minor issues among themselves. Thirdly they have to focus on appropriate education and technology so that they can meet their own economic and defence requirements.
