it is clearly an antitank missile, like spike nlos, polypem and serbian ALAS. must be subsonic in speed, range depends on its data link , so can be reach 50+km because of its size but we dont know the data link range.

they may use it as a mini cruise missile too without data link, the missile can reach its max range until its fuel end.

this missile is completely different:
hj-10 is rocket engine powered, this one is jet engine powered (hint the rocket booster and air inlets in the rear of missile). this unknown missile length is about 2.5 meters (compare to nearby kornet missiles) while hj-10 is 1.85 meters. hj-10 is lares guided missile this one is IIR guided. hj-10 is anti tank missile but this missile has laser proximity fuse (anti aircraft).
the fins also look completely different:

first image: notice the laser sensors in second section.
second image: three main components of unknown missile. also u can compare the size of cornet with the missile. note that the missile has broke into three pieces.
third image: assembled missile. air inlet and rocket boosters are visible.
