What's new

Iran after 10 years “expectations”

Iran should take arms from Russia and technology from China

Russia has some technology that may be better than China

Such as
warships
The space
and Aviation

As for China
It has AESA radar technology
and semiconductors

Iran signed contracts with Russia in three important areas
The space
Aviation
Navy

that's cool
We may see soon

Satellites for monitoring and communications
A plane transporting 50 passengers and later 150 passengers
missile frigates
Maybe a submarine

I hope things go as planned
Apparently joint helicopter production between Iran & Russia was announced and I wonder if engines produced in Iran or Russia

.
Of course it will be in Iran

I think Iran uses the good parts of the old planes in the Kawthar fighters, so it keeps the same design unchanged

It can make modifications to the F5 model, such as
Raise the pilot's cockpit above the fuselage to allow more space for radar and other equipment
Manufacture of the high-speed resistant glass cabin
Exposing the fuselage, especially where the wing is attached to the fuselage and raising it above the engine inlet
Thus, you get a fighter that can carry more equipment and weapons, and fuel tanks that give it a greater range

But all of that will be worked on after getting to the turbofan engine
And I still repeat that Iran (if it saw that spending money on fighter jets is better than spending money on defensive and ballistic missiles) should have obtained MiG-35 fighters with the transfer of the RD33MK engine technology.
Because Russia was refusing to provide it with weapons technology that Iran does not possess, and Iran only has MiGs, and thus it can get a deal to build a smokeless turbofan engine with directional solidification blade

.

showing our own AI and VIs

.
Now we can say that Iran possesses the technology to manufacture radars of all kinds, including AESA radar, and manufactures them locally.

The picture shows three types of home-made air defense systems, starting from the shortest range, which is located on the right of the picture, to the longest range, which is located on the left of the picture, and has a range of 200 km.

. . .
It’s called
9D. 20-40km
Mehran. 100-120km
Sayyad. 150-210km
Mehran-1 SAM = 200km range
Mehran-2 SAM = 320km range

Both are used in the new Mehran TELAR (phased array AESA) AD system:

1m*1m is impossible get more than 200km

Pay attention to the size of the missile:

It's mehran 2
this is FOR SAYYAD which is on the left

We haven't seen Mehran's supporting radars yet

Iranian journalists at the exhibition confirmed 320km range for Mehran-2 SAM

Iran needs to guarantee its security.
10 Submarines with AIP, ballistic and cruise missiles.
20 mix Destroyers, Frigates, corvettes, with ballistic, cruise missiles.
200 4.5, 5th Generation fighter jets.
Hypersonic and MIRV missiles capability.
Investment in to space technologies
Deep underground bases

Established strategic partnerships with Russia, China, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Pakistan, Central Asia, ASEAN, India. So economy can be improved, they will need to work towards an economy without Oil and Gas.

Fateh-4 submarine with AIP is in development.

no plans for SLBM at the moment. Fateh/Kilo/Ghadir class subs can already launch (small) cruise missiles
20 mix Destroyers, Frigates, corvettes, with ballistic, cruise missiles.
IRGC Navy has taken huge strides with first operational VLS in Iran, mostly focused on AD with 150km SAM and shorter range SAM

IRIN is falling behind and is extremely slow. Needs more funding and better management to get anywhere
200 4.5, 5th Generation fighter jets.
Not going to be possible within 10 years. At best Iran will receive 40-60 SU-35s in that timeframe
Hypersonic and MIRV missiles capability.
Iran has HGV and HCM (rocket-powered), next step is scramjet HCM (very difficult)

MIRV is very expensive and doesn't make sense for conventional warheads, although Iran is already experimenting with MaRV and cluster warheads
Investment in to space technologies
Working on it, much more investment is needed on the civilian program (ISA) otherwise IRGC will lead the way with Qaem family of SLVs
Deep underground bases
Already exist
Established strategic partnerships with Russia, China, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Pakistan, Central Asia, ASEAN, India. So economy can be improved, they will need to work towards an economy without Oil and Gas.
Working on it (BRICS, SCO etc) but limitations due to those countries being deeply embedded in the current financial system

I think what Iran needs is something like:
Stryker armored vehicle Equipped with appropriate weapons to deal with all types of ground and air targets
A truck 8*8 or larger to carry weapons, missiles, radars and devices
Helicopter such as the Bell-214 for troop transport, anti-submarine and ground attack version
And the completion of the Simurgh aircraft project for transport, monitoring and reconnaissance

It is good at making ballistic missiles and does not need cruise missiles It is also good at manufacturing guided and anti-fortification missiles, armor, aircraft and missiles

that what Iran needs to

if Iran gets to the submarine technology that will be so necessary and strategic

tank and air strike is out of its time

I can’t forget satellite
Iran will have this technology early
