Introduction thread

Hi there, my name is Issam and In this post is a description of me in a nutshell.
I'm an avid reader especially of historical events and a bit of a military enthusiast as well. I am fairly well versed in the history of world war 2 and other 20th century conflicts to a degree, though I am learning slowly more every day.

I found this forum through browsing and reading online about the Al Khalid tank and of its successor in the works which brought me to a thread here.

I'm a student with no job currently and in the midst of completing my A levels. Not sure about what job career I'm going to pursue and am at a crossroads between doing medical or pursuing a career as an army officer.

I am a British-Pakistani born and raised in Karachi for most of my life. Furthermore, I currently reside in Karachi right now.

I would really appreciate it if someone could provide assistance in outlining the procedure of trying to become an officer in the Pakistani Army and what I'll be tested on. Most of my information is based on my friends information.
