Per paf history 99-2013 there were x number system indigenously developed/designed or Co developed and one mentioned was hdd Co designed and developed with Singapore technologies which will replace in block 2 Chinese hdd

No, making competition will help. We have to give permission to private companies to produce defensive products like we did for drone and we all see where Pakistan now stands
