I would be ok with 100 J10B jets in fleet , I can wait for stealth platform to mature a bit
Fix the 4th generation backbone , to considerable degree , and then move with 18-26 Stealth Jets

I believe in having a Potent Fighter Jet available to you now Immediately

Phase 1 : 60-70 Jets J10B (2017-2019) , 18 Stealth planes (Trial Squadron)
Phase 2 : Option 30 planes or 30 Stealth plane 2020

I am still waiting for PAF to induct J-10s or J-20s. I am waiting for PLAAF to induct JF-17s. The PLAAF operates several hundred J-7s which could be replaced by JF-17s

Jf17 isnt a joint venture between Pakistan and China

Its a joint venture between PAF and a Chinese company

J10 had already been selected by China and the contract with the chinese company making the J10s had been signed

Im not sure what about this confuses indians so much?

Im not sure why Indians want China to drop the J10 a plane in which they have invested billions to the Jf17 a plane being developed by PAF and a chinese company
