Indian troops’ vehicle ‘deliberately’ mows down man hurling stones in occupied Kashmir (Video)

SRINAGAR – A man was killed when Indian forces’ vehicle deliberately drover over him during clashes in Safa Kadal area of Srinagar in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, local media reported.
The deceased identified as Adil Ahmad can be seen throwing stones at occupant forces during a protest in the video when an armoured vehicle mowed him down, leaving severely injured.

He was rushed to the hospital after being hit by the vehicle but he succumbed to his wounds.
Protesters took to the streets after the Indian forces killed three Kashmiris in a shootout earlier today during a search operation in in the old part of the city (Chattabal).
Indian police and troops used brute force to disperse the protesters. The protests and clashes later spread to many other areas of Srinagar.
As the tension escalated, internet services have been suspended in Srinagar to prevent people from sharing information.
During April, as many as thirty-three Kashmiris, including two young boys, were martyred in occupied Kashmir by the Indian forces.
According to the data compiled by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, the martyred locals included one who was gunned down in a fake encounter while four women were widowed and six children were also orphaned.
Besides the casualties, 762 civilians were injured when Indian troops and police personnel resorted to brute force, bullets, pellets, and teargas shelling on protesters.
As many as 248 Hurriyet leaders, activists, including Muhammad Yasin Malik, Syeda Aasiya Andrabi, Fehmeeda Sofi, Nasreena Ji, Siraj-ud-din Mir, Abdul Rashid Magloo, students and youth were arrested during the period.
The report also mentions that Indian paramilitary personnel disgraced 13 women while 24 residential houses were destroyed, damaged and ransacked by the Indian forces during the month.
