Because India supplies FDA approved medicines which are reliable and are used all over the world , including enemy Pakistan. After mouthing off against India last year and banning all trade , imran had to shamelessly allow the import of Indian medicines.

Consistant quality problems with indian drug makers till this day. I noticed in Europe all Indian generic companies have facilities in EU because the facilities in India are below standard. Thankfully the drugs India produces are off patent hence can be manufactured by other nations. How many of the drugs have been developed by indians, zero.
