Indian opinion: Bangladesh Doesn't Want To Cross India's Redlines On Chinese Port Projects, Weapons, Finances.

What diet would you suggest then?

1. Only eat rice and curry in the evening. And try not to eat it every evening. Even ata roti would be an improvement. Finish evening meal before 8pm.

2. Try having a very light lunch. Salads is perfect. Recently I have gone into bean sprouts in a big way. BD is full of green vegetables - available fresh and every day. French salads are just amazing and easy to make. You can sprinkle non oily grilled meat as well.

3. Try a low carb breakfast. Fruits is perfect.

BD people just eat the same boring crap everyday!!

Above diet is cheap and healthy.

It's true some of Chinese defense tech Is almost at par with u.s.... how ever the Chinese aren't going to export these type of defense hardware to Africa or other parts of Asia.

The Chinese export some of the lower grade stuff to developing countries.

With Turkish defense hardware they actually strive for quality in some of their export products. Also some of Turkish tech surpasses American tech like uav. Also at this current stage the Turkish naval rail laser gun is more advanced than u.s.

what are you smoking?
turkish uavs more advanced than us ones???? lmao

less expensive, absolutely, more advanced, no chance in hell.

I am sorry - I can't live without my Saturday afternoon brunch with Omelette-stuffed Mughlai Paratha. For other meals it is pretty light, like for example avocado toast with specialty buns.

More on topic - I don't really give a flying rat's patootie about what Indians think about our defence posture.

It is posture for us and some thing for them to counter with, as usual.

Their dhoti-wetting in Delhi is their business.

Those toys would be at the bottom of the indian ocean within hours of any ACTUAL war between Bangladesh and India. Bangla army could sustain ACTUAL war for no more than 3 days
Battle is not won by military hardware alone. Biggest factor is the determination and courage to fight for what you consider priceless in your life. Look at Ukraine, how they are turning the table on Russia. Western arms of course helping but it was the Ukrainian determination and resolve to resist which was the biggest factor. At first Western countries were hesitant to give Ukraine arms fearing that Ukraine would not last. But they proved themselves and now Western arms are pouring in Ukraine. If the Western arms, not the Ukrainian determination were the real thing then you would have seen Western armed Afghan Army defeating Taliban. But that did not happened.

As a weaker party, Bangladesh will never attack at first in any hypothetical clash between Bangladesh and India. It will always be a defensive war for Bangladesh. And Bangladeshi people will fight irrespective of their political ideology if attacked by any foreign power. 3 days is a hyperbole you should know. Even in 1971, when India enjoyed 10:1 advantage over Pak army in Eastern theater needed 13 days to reach Dhaka. Only three under-strength division of Pak army without heavy weapons and under constant guerrilla raid and cut-off from home base and operating among the sea of hostile local people were able to put up some fierce resistance using the terrain. They could have lasted for some months have they not dispersed their troops thinly across the province to tackle the Mukti Bahini but concentrated and fortified Dhaka bowl. So when General Niazi was given surrender ultimatum, he promptly surrendered. In any repeat of this scenario, India would enjoy none of the advantage which crippled Pakistani morale and will to fight.

Ten division strong Bangladesh army would be in a much better position than Pakistan Eastern army of 1971 to resist, because this is their home base, no guerrilla insurgency to worry about, backing of entire population and they would be fighting for their real homeland, not some distant colony aka East Pakistan. It would be very difficult for Indian Eastern command to over run Bangladesh provided that, India does not divert it's men and materials from Northern and Western Command where most of the Indian armed forces stationed to protect LoC and LoAC.

I read somewhere that eating heavier food is required in breakfast. Lunch is lighter , and evening meal is lightest.

Anyway your formula isn't bad though. But in breakfast I think eggs are must alongside fruits.

Well the Rickshawala and other day laborers can't exactly work with this diet. What they eat may not be appropriate for folks who don't need all those carb calories.

I refer you to my last post on this thread!
There were months I passed without eating rice but that's just me.
If you preach your healthy diet folks will run you out of town in Bangladesh !
ভাত, ডাল, মাছ আর শাকসবজি হচ্ছে বাংলাদেশের খাওয়া। বাংলাদেশে কেয়ামত হওয়া পর্যন্ত এটা চেঞ্জ হবে না for the average people.

I know buddy.

I am just giving people my two cents.

Bangladeshi middle class is seriously unhealthy and their kids are hideously overweight. Idiotic mothers feed their kids junk like ready meals maagi crap.

Then they go to India to get medical treatment!

You cannot make up this shit.

Dhakaya middle class, especially, is seriously delusional and stupid.

Only idiots would declare a lack of onions a crisis 🤣🤣🤣

And resent India for it 🤣🤣🤣
