KARACHI (Staff Report) – The law enforcement agencies on Saturday arrested an Indian citizen carrying fake Pakistani passport and CNIC from City Station area in Karachi.

Muhammad Iqbal came to Pakistan on 90 days visa in 1995 but remained missing till the time of his arrest, according to police officials.

An FIR has been registered against Iqbal for possessing fake documents and illegal stay in Pakistan.

Police is further investigating whether he was involved in any criminal activity in Pakistan or not.

The arrest comes in a time when Pakistan is investigating the possible role of Indian RAW in recent incidents of terrorism.

story of fake passport is ok, but how did they know that he is an indian?? or did they just declare a man with passport as an indian to support their false accusation of R&AW is supporting terrorism in pak??

It isn't difficult to find a corrupt official who will make one for a certain fee. Or, maybe it's just a fake copy which is less useful as it won't be in the system and can be caught easily - which might be why he got caught.

Our authorities are at liberty to issue driving licence to a blind man, issuing CNIC or passport to a foreign national is no big deal. Incidents like this have reported in past also, many Afghans obtained CNIC and Passport by bribing authorities.

British gathered so many independent states and territories and created an artificial entity "British India". Anyone living there before independence had the passport of that entity.

After independence from British in 1947, two major countries came into being Pakistan and Bahart (who stole the name India).

So Pakistanis are those who are from Pakistan (whether born there or migrated).

And those who after 1947 still chose to stay in Bahart and be Bahartis (who call themselves indians) are Bahartis.

mmm... may be staying in pakistan is good for his interests. and it is not the 1st time an indian trying to stay in pakistan. even some are in pakistan with protection from your intelligence agency.
