On topic: I am bit doubtful about this accident it is said that the accused is a regular driver and the place where the car it, had the guy turned his car a bit he would've escaped the accident. What do you say guys?

Not quite correct. He had suffered liver rupture leading to rapid & fatal blood loss (1.5 litres was in the abdominal cavity) along with fracture of the cervical spine (C1,C2), another fatal injury. The cardiac arrest was caused by these injuries.

Yeah, true. Missed to mention liver rupture. So that was internal injury, a fatal one

Uncommon but it was a side impact(always dangerous) and Munde was in poor health.
