Older servers will just push up your hardware attrition rate into the stratosphere as they come into use. Plus, datacenters are mostly designed around a tight specification of server hardware that is meant to be scalable or upgradable. Using old servers negates this basic specification and is very costly in the long run.
With Alibaba offering a very transparent cloud computing backend; I do not think Pakistan's government should enter into managing datacenters. Can you imagine the corruption in the procurement? The horror!

For one , we can control fake news etc and have greater control over data. Have you seen the edward snowden movie? Data is the new oil.

Not worth it using our data centers. We should be churning out articles in mainstream media and think tanks propagating our perspective; and let the social media do the rest.
