The person who recorded this needs lashing. There is the ethical issue that should he/she be recording the suffering of this person as he/she is intruding - even if that is a public space. Then there is the issue that instead recording should that person not offer help?
The thing is we don't know what the person did prior to beginning the recording.
It is established that the locals did alert the medical team at the clinic.
Had this person not recorded the ordeal of the lady it would have been a "he said she said", and we all know the outcome of such between a "educated" doctor and nurses to illiterate locals.
This isn't a pure only Indians it's happens everywhere. A man died in front of a firehouse due to a heart attack, on the outskirts of Washington DC. It will be just another incident that wouldn't evolve into a learning matter as medical professions consider themselves holier than all across the subcontinent.
Sadly many forget it's the people that paid for their tuition...
