It's become notable that since Modi came with his hindutva extremist politics it's been one thing after another for India

It used to be just riots and protests and the occasional lynchings but with Modi it gone onto mass protests and movements, loss on military fronts and disaster after disaster

The Indians usually go into denial and fantasy mode with F16 stories and conquering of Beijing by Bihar regiment but even they have become ground down by tragedy after tragedy

Agreed, but their Western backers are going very soft on India. Particularly Western governments will continue to assist and protect Indian image. The Western status quo has sworn an alliagence. India is their police officer of Asia. We have to understand something very clearly. The West has every stake in uplifting Hindustan and giving it the same role as Israel in the ME.

Of course this is an epic embarrassment for both India and the Western powers. It is inconceivable that officials from another country are infected during a high level moot.
